6 - MONTH PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE COURSE IN CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND LITIGATION
This six-month non-residential certificate programme is designed to bridge the gap between the basic legal practice training available to prosecutors and the advanced professional legal education of defense counsel. It seeks to enhance the competence, confidence, and professionalism of officers involved in criminal prosecution and litigation.
Course Overview
The programme aims to:
Deepen participants' understanding of criminal procedure and the rules of evidence.
Strengthen courtroom advocacy and litigation skills.
Update knowledge of relevant legislation and the interpretation of laws.
